Every human being including the unborn has the right to life.

Since the life of a human being begins at conception from that time forward an unborn baby possesses the same rights that any other human being possesses.
As stated in the Declaration of independence, these rights are the Right of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. As also stated in the Declaration, these rights are to be defended by the government. If the government refuses to defend those rights or seeks to eliminate them from being exercised by its citizens, the citizenry maintains the responsibility to alter the governing obligations of or completely remove that governing authority from office.

When a child is aborted, the rights of the child as a citizen have been denied. Therefore any state, or federal government that endorses abortion either through funding of institutions that perform it or support laws that allow it have abdicated their right to govern and their governing obligations are to be altered or removed.

I stand against any legislation that favors the choice of either parent to terminate the life of the child at any stage after conception.

I stand with any legislation that restores the full rights of the unborn to experience Life Liberty and the pursuit of happiness. This includes the full reversal of Roe v. Wade and Doe V. Bolton..

I stand against the legislative loop hole that grants permission to minors to have an abortion and thus circumvent parental authority.

I stand against and will support any legislation that denies state or federal funding of family planning institutions that provide abortion and conversely will support the allocation of those funds to go toward institutions that instead promote life.

I stand against any bill could be deemed as be deemed as a good but includes the funding of abortions.
